- SHAFT TRANSMISSION – The system with bevel gears and cardan shaft guarantees extremely reduced maintenance compared to chain machines, providing for only periodic greasing of the bevel gears.
- EXCLUDING PLANTING ROWS – Each planting unit drive can be conveniently disengaged either with the PTO shaft quick release or via the electric control feature.
- FURROW OPENER DISCS – The 420 mm diameter by 4 mm thick furrow opener discs create a very narrow “V” furrow. Thanks to their triple seal, SUPER SEAL type bearings ensure a long life, which prevents dust and humidity from entering the bearing. The mud scraper guarantees maximum cleaning of the disc thanks also to the WIDIA (tungsten carbide) profile with zero wear.
- DEPTH WHEELS – Thanks to the rocker arm system, each wheel moves independently of the other and vice versa.
5. SPREADING OF FERTILIZER AND MICROGRANULAR PRODUCTS – MINIMAX volumetric metering unit is easily adjustable and allows the spreading of both fertilizer and microgranular products, while maintaining high spreading precision. Furthermore, through SPEEDY SET, setting the dose to be distributed is quick and convenient.
6. BURYING OF FERTILIZER –The burying of the fertilizer on the side of the planting row is made possible thanks to the coulter. Two versions are available:
Suffolk coulter:
Suitable for well-prepared soils, especially very fine ones, where there is not much crop residue on the surface.Double disc coulter:
Suitable for tougher worked soils or with crop residues present on the surface.
