Important Notice on Product Listings:
While the Site uses WooCommerce to display vehicle and equipment listings, these products are not available for purchase through the Website. The listings are for preview and informational purposes only. All inquiries or transactions must be conducted directly with the relevant dealer, and ArgoSA bears no responsibility for the terms, conduct, or outcome of such interactions.

5. Advertiser and Dealer Content

  • Dealer-submitted content (e.g. product descriptions, prices, photos) is the responsibility of the dealer.

  • We assume no liability for inaccuracies, misrepresentations, or non-compliance in such content.

  • ArgoSA is not a party to any contract for sale and does not act as an intermediary, broker, or reseller.

6. No Contractual Relationship

  • Viewing listings or contacting dealers does not constitute a binding agreement with ArgoSA.

  • Any sale or arrangement is strictly between you and the dealer and is subject to your own due diligence.

7. Liability Limitation

  • We exclude liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site.

  • We make no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, suitability, availability, reliability, or security, including virus freedom.

  • We will not be liable for damages beyond what is permitted by South African law.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All trademarks, logos, text, imagery, and database content are owned or licensed by us.

  • Dealer-supplied materials (photos, descriptions) are licensed to ArgoSA upon submission.
